This classy same-sex elopement features some of the best locations in New York City! I met the brides on the rainy morning at the Walker Hotel, a boutique property in Greenwich Village. The couple had a terrace room with amazing views of the city! It was a bit rainy at the start, but it was perfect for popping some champagne. Next we went to Manhattan’s Marriage Bureau for the ceremony. The couple picked up some flowers right outside. (The vendor there has nicer bouquets that what is inside. The flowers are affordable, usually $35-40 for the bouquets)
Then we went to Central Park to hit the iconic locations there and luckily the rain had stopped! We also encountered some friendly dogs and very temporary street art by Alex DiMauro at the Bethesda Terrace. (Right after we took this photo, it was removed by park workers!) Towards the end, it was back to the West Village area for cupcakes at Magnolia Bakery and a drink at the Stonewall Inn!
The couple were dressed in classy attire with updos and make-up by Sharon Becker of SB Beauty.
