- Wedding Ceremony: New York City Hall
- Portrait Locations: Brooklyn Bridge, Williamsburg
- Season: Spring, May
- Collection: 3 hours
- Flowers: Sprout Home, Williamsburg
Tilda and Michael wanted a truly photojournalistic approach to their elopement and I couldn’t have been happier to document their relaxed day! (I managed to sneak in a few quick portraits, really the best way to do it!) I started off in their Williamsburg apartment and walked over to Sprout Home to get their flowers. We passed some of my favorite spots in Williamsburg and captured some of the neighborhood’s unique and changing landscape on the way. (See more of my work on that here.) I LOVED the bouquet Sprout made, it was a perfect fit for Tilda and what she wanted.
After the quick city hall ceremony, we walked the Brooklyn Bridge. On my urging, they took in DUMBO and rode the ferry back to Williamsburg. Congrats T&M, it was lovely being a part of your secret wedding day!
